Fine Tuning Your Practice - Forward Folds

Our forward folds are driven by the hinge of our hip joint. We often try to deepen our fold by creeping the shoulders up to our ears.
Next time you fold, try it first without the support of your arms. Instead hinge at the hips and use your abdominal muscles to hold yourself in place for a few breaths. Then add your arms and see where you are.
